 1. You Must be 18 or Older to be a member
2. You need to fill out the online application form
3. P6,000 one time lifetime membership fee if your in the Philippines,  while a different rate for abroad depend on your  country, because of a special and upgraded benefits

Note: Kung OFW ka and nasa abroad ka, just click the SIGNUP FOR THE COUNTRIES It's optional to  choose your location but may avail also the  Philippines para P6,000  lang ang membership fee.
Once nasa loob ka na ng application form, fill out mo lang lahat ng required information.
